Within 30 days of receipt of you order, you may return the product for CREDIT ONLY, less 40% restocking fee, and any shipping expenses incurred if:

1. It is in new condition
2. With its original packaging, and all accessories (please keep "all" materials until you are satisfied)
3. If there are any missing accessories or it is not in like new condition, an additional cost for these items will be deducted.

You must call us toll-free 1 877 570-6961 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) first.

• Re-Pack the product in its original packaging
• Clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package
• Send back via UPS or Truck line
  NB - Freight must be prepaid and item must be insured for it's full purchase price
• We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the quality control checks on the returned item
• There are no returns past 30 days and the manufacturer's warranty is in effect when you receive the product.
