1. Spread CyclePocket in storage area, with Base centered in desired location. When Cycle is ready, move it into position centered on Base.

2. Place Soft Cover over Cycle and place Dessicant under Bike. Then bring Upper Half of CyclePocket over Entire Vehicle.
